Wedding day Co-ordination
You have spent many months arranging your special day. Everything is ready and now all that is left is for you to enjoy your hard work and had a fantastic day. You don't want to have to worry about the tables being set just as you picture them, if the place cards are in the right place, if the DJ/ Band will set up in time and in the right place etc so that's where we come in! We are there to take away all the stress and worries. We will ensure that everything goes perfectly, just the way you planned it too!
This service starts approximately 4weeks prior to your wedding day. We will introduce ourselves to the venue and the vendors so they know we are their point of contact for the day. We get to your venue first thing to oversea the set up, check in with all vendors, ensure people that need paying on the day get paid, to name but a few things.
